We hope you are pleased with your order. If anything you have ordered does not live up to your expectations just return it to us unused, in its original packaging, for an exchange or refund within 35 days.
 
Unless the item is faulty, return postage will be at your cost. It is important that the goods are returned in the best possible condition so please pack them appropriately.
 
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please email service@culturevulturedirect.co.uk or call our customer service team on 0333 240 6178 (Mon – Friday 9am – 7pm, Sat 9am – 5pm). We will advise where and how the items should be returned and provide the appropriate paperwork. We will exchange or refund any faulty goods at our expense provided they have not been damaged through misuse. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
 
Exceptions
We are sorry but earrings, food, personalised products and self-assembly furniture (once partly or wholly assembled) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
 
Refunds
We will refund you as promptly as possible, usually within 14 days of the goods being returned to us. If you have provided an email address, we will email you to advise you when the refund has been processed.
If you have requested an exchange, a replacement order will arrive in approximately 7 days.

To return an item
Complete the form on the reverse of your delivery note, enclose it in your parcel and send it with the returned items using the pre-printed label overleaf (unless advised otherwise by Customer services). Don’t forget to affix the correct postage to the package. We recommend that you use the cheapest method possible and obtain a free proof of posting from the post office as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

Recycling of Electronic and Electrical Equipment
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.

Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.

Museum Selection Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.

Customers must return, at their cost, their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Alternatively, you may find that you have more convenient local recycling facilities (to find your nearest recycling sites for waste, electrical and electronics products, contact your local Council or visit www.recycle-more.co.uk and type your postcode into the Recycling Bank Locator).
