Feel soothed with the calming colours of soft sage. This knit reinterprets traditional Aran stitches in super-soft merino wool: an especially fine and durable wool. Aran stitches are heavily textured knitted patterns named after the Aran Islands on the West coast of Ireland, and this cardigan includes classic cable and plaited cable stitches. A relaxed fit with a round neck, button fastening at the top and 2 front pockets.

It is always a bit of a gamble buying clothes online, as you can't feel, or judge the colour correctly, very often. This garment is exactly as seen, and fits perfectly, and is gorgeous. I used to knit aran garments decades ago, and appreciate the work, and time, that goes into making them.
