Description
Keep out icy blasts with a soft hand-knitted ski band in deep shades of blue. This versatile piece of knitwear can be worn as a headband, neck or ear warmer. Decorated with zig-zag bands, a popular pattern in traditional Swedish Huck embroidery; a folk handicraft that saw a resurgence in popularity in the 1930s and 40s. Our Dark Blue Knitted Wool Ski Band is handmade in Nepal, supporting the local women-makers of Bhaktapur in Kathmandu. They have honed their craft to create this hand-knitted Wool Ski Band with a synthetic fleece lining.
