This bold and colourful loungewear is made with a traditional pink print with hand embroidery around the neckline and hem. This Sanchi Kaftan also has natural green details around the cuffs and button-up front. A kaftan or caftan is a variant of the robe or tunic and has been worn in many cultures around the world for thousands of years, Asiatic in origin. A kaftan dress traditionally features long sleeves and the hem reaches down to the ankles. Relax and unwind with this soft and lightweight Polyester/silk mix loungewear.
To keep your garment pristine during transit, it has been carefully sealed in protective packaging. On arrival, we recommend airing it briefly to release any residual aroma and to let the fabric breathe before wear.

The khaftan took quite a while to arrive but it is excellent quality and even better than the illustration in the brochure. It is rather long and I am not particularly short but the small size is a good fit even though I am normally a size 8.. I shall have to shorten it and use silk thread. Once this is accomplished I see it lasting me for many years. I’m even tempted to purchase another but in blue this time. The pink one is stunning.

The kaftan is a lovely garment which looks even better than in the photo. The material is beautiful. I am 5 foot 9 inches tall and the length is ideal for me. I am really pleased with my purchase.

I returned this kaftan as it was much too long for me as I am only 5' 2". I also feel, having seen the garment at close hand, that Culture Vulture are asking too much for the garment.
