Fair Isle Puffins Mug

A fine new bone china-mug decorated with a charming detail from an atmospheric linocut print by Angela Harding. Created in 2023 as part of the Rutland-based artist’s residency on Fair Isle, the mug captures a detail of charismatic puffins from ‘Fair Isle Puffins at the North Lighthouse’. Wrapping around to repeat on both sides of the mug, the tempestuous sea, wind-tossed seagulls and cliff-top puffins are captured with graphic lines and swirling shapes. Perfect for a warming drink the mug is a generous size but finely made. With a plain white mug interior, the mug is finished with a complementary band of grey-blue decorating the handle and is presented in a co-ordinating gift box.
