Easter Birch Tree

A versatile wire and paper-wrapped tree decoration, perfect to make an Easter display, or to decorate with a variety of other seasonal hanging ornaments through the year. Made from recycled FSC paper, printed to resemble birch-bark, the wrapped branches can be bent to display small decorations. Inspired by the German and central European tradition of ‘Ostereierbaum’, Easter trees or twigs which have been decorated in homes each spring since pagan times. Now popularly decorated with hanging eggs, the trees are associated with the renewal of Easter. This fun tabletop design features a painted FSC-wood base and makes a lovely centrepiece for your Easter table, or a cheery sight when displayed on a windowsill. With flexible ‘twigs’, simply arrange the branches as you wish to create a pleasing shape and then add your own hanging decorations.
