Charming oven-to-table stoneware dish, hand-decorated with the poppy, the national symbol of Poland. The poppy has played a huge role in Polish culture, history and cuisine throughout the centuries. This hand-crafted dish reflects the ceramics crafted in the city of Boleslawiec, often called Miasto Ceramiki - Town of Ceramics. Each dish is decorated with a folk art stamping technique which originally would have been done using potatoes. Made in Poland.
