Order in time for Christmas:
Use standard delivery by Midnight Thursday 19th December.
Use next working day delivery 2pm Friday 20th December.

Standard UK delivery: £5.99

Your order should arrive within 3-5 days.

Next working day delivery: £9.99

This service is only available for UK mainland addresses - excluding Scottish Highlands and some AB, PA and PH postcodes. Please order before 2pm Monday - Friday and receive your order the next working day.

Heavy/larger items and furniture will be despatched separately and will not arrive with other purchases. The delivery company will only deliver to the door step of the ground floor and cannot allow their team members to enter a customer’s premises as their insurance does not cover this. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Delivery companies continue to offer contactless delivery for your peace of mind.

Returns

Items purchased between October 1st and December 23rd can be returned up to January 14th.

If anything you have ordered does not live up to your expectations just return it to us unused, in its original packaging, for an exchange or refund.
