Established in 1893 by an English weaver who emigrated to Oregon in America’s Pacific northwest, Pendleton has been making rugged travel blankets and woven textiles for over 100 years and is famous for incorporating Native American design motifs. In eye-catching black-and-red, recalling ‘Buffalo Plaid’, which became a signature pattern for lumberjacks and woodsmen in the region in the 19th century, play anywhere with a practical printed canvas playing board.
